These two exquisite compositions by Helen Cairney and Chloe Sutherland were greatly admired on the opening night of the exhibition, Winter Bright. Waxeye Visitors III and Kingfisher both exemplify the traditions of the gallery in terms of fine art that represents New Zealand bird life. Both sold to a discerning local collector.
