I am a New Entrant Teacher and SENCo at Whitikahu School. We are a small country school with strong family values. It is an honour to be part of families lives as their children excitedly enter my classroom. The reward is guiding their progress as they journey through our classes and leave our school as confident Year 8s.

My personal passion is Art. I have always enjoyed painting and drawing. 2019 was a major turning point for my art. This occurred when I walked into The Welcome Swallow Gallery. Soon after, I was invited to present my work in my first exhibition, winning the Volunteer's Choice Award, sponsored by Enlighten Designs. I am now an artist in the Permanent Collection at the gallery and a founding member of The Waikato Watercolourist Society. It is a privilege to be a Trust Board Member.
