Sandra Turner-Barlow sells Te Parapara produce

From The Art of Hamilton Gardens exhibition is an intriguing composition from gallery artist Sandra Turner-Barlow, entitled Te Parapara that features the Maori garden produce in the form of Kumara. In this case, interactively holding in place a paint brush that gleams in the soft light. As John Constable and Camille Pissarro frequently painted vegetable gardens and the changing seasons, so Turner-Barlow envisages the gardens and their produce as they record and reflect the passage of time.
